The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, four blocks from Grand Central Terminal and six blocks from Broadway's bright lights.

Hotel Features. The Millennium U.N. Plaza's marble lobby features refracting mosaic glass and a vaulted ceiling, blending ornamental elements of chrome and glass. Rotunda seating surrounds live plants which can be found throughout the hotel.

The concierge desk is available to arrange evening entertainment and transportation. The Ambassador Grill serves international fare for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A total of 7,000 square feet of function space accommodates events.

Wireless Internet access is available, for a fee. A complimentary, 24-hour fitness room houses cardiovascular and weight-training equipment. Recreational amenities include a heated outdoor pool and an indoor tennis court.

Guestrooms. Guestrooms present panoramic vistas of New York City or the East River. The 29th through 40th floors of the West Tower feature internationally-inspired rooms with tapestries donated by U.N. member nations. global fabrics and artworks.

Expert Tip. This hotel is located directly across the street from the U.N. building. Visitors can purchase U.N. stamps from the Personalized Stamp Shop located in the public vistor area. The stamps bear the purchaser's likeness and are valid when mailed from the U.N. offices.
