The management team of the Fairmont Newport Beach is pleased to announce that the property is currently investing in an extensive multi-million dollar phased renovation complete with upgrades and enhancements to all areas. Handsomely-appointed, newly renovated rooms are now available; all guestroom renovations are slated for an April 15th completion.

During this exciting restoration project every effort is being made to minimize guest disturbances. During the final renovation phase (slated for an April 15th completion) the hotel's main entrance and lobby will be relocated to the North side of the building. In order to better serve our valued guests during this time valet parking will be provided at self parking rates. During this same time frame access to the ballroom and restaurant will be by via outside walkway.

The Hotel will offer a variety of suites from One Bedroom, Executive, Signature to Vice Presidential and Presidential. The majority of suites will have balconies and oversized soaking tubs.
